Mossfon Asset Management, S.A. shall together with its client choose the asset distribution and the diversification strategy in accordance with the client’s needs. This service will be offered to clients with little or no experience in the financial field or clients who have had experience with private investors but do not have enough time to follow the markets.

The client provides Mossfon Asset Management with a power of attorney through a Portfolio Management Agreement for discretional handling of his investment account whereby the Portfolio Administrator takes charge of managing the portfolio in accordance with the guidelines agreed upon.

Mossfon Asset Management, S.A. shall offer the client:

  • Assistance in defining and quantifying the investment aims, financial needs and risk tolerance.
  • Study of the client’s existing portfolio and investments in order to chose an adequate structure for his portfolio, upon demand by the client.
  • Structuring of portfolios with a careful distribution of assets in accordance with the different portfolio alternatives designed.
  • Purchase and sale of securities, through its relations with financial institutions of renown, for optimum structuring of portfolios.
  • Monitoring and adjustment of portfolio to achieve the aims agreed upon with the client.
  • Valuation of portfolio yield from products, markets and its Benchmark.
  • Scheduled reports (quarterly or bi-annually) including information relating to cash and investment accounts.
